The typical private practice simply can't exist with a marginally capable billing system. And the best documentation system has little value, if cash flow dries up and the doors can't be kept open.
To put this another way, does it make sense to risk the financial health of a practice on a billing system that is "unproven"? Should you be a "guinea pig" for a practice management application from a company whose clear focus is clinical, rather than financial?
